At 8 Sheep Organics, we want you to be completely satisfied with your sustainable fashion choices. If your items aren't a perfect fit, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn garments.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Place the items in their original packaging with all organic cotton tags attached to ensure the product remains in resellable condition.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, then securely affix it to the outside of your eco-friendly mailer.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once we receive and inspect the items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
